We ask owners to sign in so each person has one account. That keeps the reports honest, one per owner per bike, and lets you come back and update yours when your bike ships or arrives.
We keep your email address privately with your account. It is never shown on the site. We use it only to run your account and to spot duplicate reports. You can delete your account and reports at any time from Your reports. Read the privacy page.
